CloseMyQuote is an automated quote follow-up platform that helps home service businesses close more estimates via SMS. We provide tools to enter quotes, send automated follow-up text messages, track customer responses, and manage your pipeline.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate business information when creating your account.
By using CloseMyQuote, you agree to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending them SMS messages through CloseMyQuote. CloseMyQuote provides the delivery mechanism but does not verify consent. You agree to maintain records of consent and honor all opt-out requests.
All messages sent through CloseMyQuote include “Reply STOP to opt out” to comply with SMS regulations.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with up to 10 quotes. No credit card is required for the trial.
Starter plan: $29/month for up to 50 quotes per month.
Unlimited plan: $49/month for unlimited quotes.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
CloseMyQuote is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed SMS delivery, or customer complaints.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your Settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
